Interview
Every candidate goes through an initial phone interview. Any candidates that make it to the next round, will more than likely go through a panel interview consisting of at least one manager or lead and one or more current implementation consultants or specialists. Those individuals that make it past this phase, are usually brought back to do a short training session on "how to balance your checkbook". While the topic seems very easy, the idea behind this is to see things like how you organize and present your ideas, how you communicate with your audience and how do you ensure you've gotten your message across to the recipients. The way you carry yourself and how you engage/interact with others are also additional factors considered among other factors,

2nd call with team manager.
3rd call with team and department managers.
