You work 6 days if they have no one to work, hours on the door is a set time but have to stay open 10 minutes extra for the customer convenience ( which is unnecessary) as the hours are long enough, management is the worse doesn’t take accountability for their mistakes, management promotes inconsistent employees, only receive a bonus if you hit your goal, forget about receiving time off especially around the holidays because if 1 or more employees have it off you’re sticking working, no work life balance. Only can grow if management likes you otherwise you will be stuck in that job fr years.
