Cons
Micromanagement to the extreme. IT Audit Supervisors and Managers regularly belittle employees, talk down to you, find fault in everything that is done to suppress bonus and salary increases. The whole end game and management style for the IT audit department is to have high turnover rate to keep salaries low and keep the managers as the Senior employees for higher bonus and job security for themselves. you will not get a head in this department.
