Pros

I'm so overwhelmed that I've forgotten the pros. I know there are some but it's very foggy right now.

Cons

Extremely high expectations with the bar always being raised which is demoralizing employees. Especially on the front line. Pressure to sell, sell & sell and still make an emotional connection. Customers are getting annoyed at being constantly badgered to take another VISA. We sound like telemarketers. Too much administrative work and still expected to go on cash, coach employees. Running at 150% capacity ALL the time. This can't be healthy.
