Pros
It's one of the biggest company in Canada which has way too many branches in Toronto and Calgary, but not enough branches in other provinces where the demands are higher than the fully saturated markets.
Cons
Branch managers expect everyone to be tellers to the point of exploitation while the managers are not taking any responsibilities. TD keeps on reducing employees and remaining employees are grappling with overwhelming administrative tasks, inputting reports and then getting blamed for not making sales goals. Managers of Customer Services are weak and inexperienced, which drag down the already skeleton sales force.
