Pros
You get beginning experience in banking. It is a great starter place but don't stay to long. They have flexible hours where you can get OT. They give you a lot of PTO days except they are open all but four days a year.
Cons
For starters the merger between TDBN and Commerce Bank was a nightmare. When you do get a promotion they will pay someone who comes from the outside more than you.
