      Pros

      Time and flexibility for thinking. Friendly and open colleagues. Opportunities to converse with upper management. Nice company parties.

      Cons

      Older, dispassionate crowd, feels stagnant at times. There isn't a culture of innovation, most people do it for clout. The old dogs there feel depressed most of the time because they can't go anywhere else, only other competitor banks.
