      Full day on the phone, scheduler, timed breaks. Abusive clients, time pressure, stress, TD Waterhouse gradually closed its Call centres first in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, BC, then Alberta., Now down to 3 call Centres in Ontario and Quebec. What is next?
