Pros
Overall, great culture and environment. Okay perks. I work from home most days. Some groups are really great while others try to work you down to the bone which is horrible. I've worked 100 hours in one week before. I'm salaried and only scheduled/expected to work 37.5 hours.
Cons
Some teams try to work people to DEATH. Executive teams make release decisions out of "feelings" rather than feasibility. Team managers want you to push and stress out others because they think it's part of the job of a Delivery Manager. Cannot transfer to another team unless you have permission from your manager. Some of them will keep the workhorses knowing that they're unhappy in their position.
