      Pros

      Benefits such as parental leave, PTO, etc are good. If you get a good manager, your career can progress.

      Cons

      Culture has changed in recent years and seems the bank only cares about cutting costs by farming call centers offshore and conducting reorganizations to cull staff. Company touts their WOW! culture but rings hollow for most folks.
