Poor Upper Mgmt, Doesn't care about work like balance - Branch Banking TD Employee Review

Mgmt talks down to anyone in a lower position and don't care about things like religious accommodations, childcare or school. They take advantage of their employees by working them various schedules and shifts and not giving anything back in return. No appreciation for any employee, they are numbers only.
