      Pros

      Flexible hours, focus on customer service is top notch - winner of JD Power and Associates award, great staff moral and good benefits (stock purchase, pension, salary & bonuses).

      Cons

      sometimes too much politics. A little bit of the old boys network still in play. Limitations as far as advancement without ability to move.
