Great management team, always there to help, good training process. I am overall very satisfied in my employment at this company and have no complaints. I am very happy with this job and potential career opportunities. You are also given reviews during the year and lots of coaching so you can clearly see in what direction you're trending in and if you're meeting your targets. If you aren't meeting your goals then you will sit with you manager to find ways to turn things around - I think this an excellent management process and should be emulated by other companies.
