Pros

All the benefits/perks of working for the bank. Staff account with zero fees, cheap insurance, dental/health, and points program for consumer products. Way better than your average customer service job. Our employees are the nicest people. It's a great team environment and everyone pitches in to make the work place enjoyable.

Cons

Opportunities for employees are extremely limited internally. Even if you do find a full time job the only offers you get will be for retail banking (FSR, FA, MCS, or branch managers) and mostly part time. I have a university degree and several post graduate certificates, but have not been able to start my career or plan for my future.
