      Pros

      The pro's at TD were not many at the CSR level. Diversity was one

      some major cons on the retail side is the very low pay for what is expected of you. They also fail in supporting any financing in respect to certifications which will help you gain prominence in the industry such as IFC, CSC, CFA etc..like any other company would do.
