Pros
Compensation is decent. TD stock options program is good. Pension program is good.
Cons
Leaders are self serving. They don't take care of their people. Inexperienced junior executives. Constant Org changes with little regard for the workers. Always about saving costs, reducing heads etc... Inability to nail down strategic technology vision they can actually achieve. leadership team has quite a few "bulls in their china shop". so much governance, everyone needs to know everything at every level and it takes forever to deliver. Portfolio leaders are hyper focused on methods vs. getting stuff done (they say they aren't but their actions speak differently).
