VP TD Bank - Senior Manager TD Employee Review

Lower than market salary. Terrible office space, absolutely no privacy, 3 to 4 people in the space of a normal cube, impossible to have a meeting without hearing cross-talk from other employees or the noisy WOW patrols. EVPs have no banking experience and offer no strategic direction. Constant tension between US leadership and that in CA (CA leadership always wins in the end though they know little of US banking) plus infighting in the US between legacy Commerce Bank managers and newer employees. Indiscriminate layoffs/constant reorganization = low morale. Terrible place to work. Arcane expense reimbursement process
