Good pay and management’s is nice

Promotion is very very late

The management team was supportive, and the branch had a strong team-oriented culture. Because it was a smaller branch, employees had the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, collaborate across roles, and learn from one another. Team members regularly shared ideas, provided constructive feedback, and supported each other's professional growth, creating a positive and rewarding work environment.

The main areas for improvement would be compensation and scheduling flexibility. At the time, I felt the pay was somewhat low relative to my previous leadership experience in retail management. While compensation may be competitive for some entry-level banking roles, I would have appreciated a stronger alignment between pay and prior supervisory experience. Aside from that, my decision to leave was based on pursuing a different career path rather than any issues with the company itself.
