Pros

If you enjoy working for management driven by ego rather than genuine business need, TD is the perfect place. Great environment for those who like constant micromanagement and top-down control disguised as “team culture.” You’ll gain valuable experience in doing the work of three people while being told to “stay positive” and “be a team player.” Learn how to survive in an open-office environment where everyone is on Teams calls at the same time — an excellent test of patience and noise tolerance. You’ll get a front-row seat to watch millions wasted on AI projects that claim to “replace people” but fail to deliver any meaningful innovation.

Cons

Mandatory return-to-office policy that ignores the needs of people with disabilities, mental health challenges, and single parents. Leadership shows zero empathy — the focus is on appearances, not people. Open-office setup is inaccessible, noisy, and demoralizing. Constant pressure to overperform without recognition or support. Loyalty is demanded but never reciprocated. Inclusion and flexibility are talked about publicly but ignored in practice. Morale is low, trust is gone, and turnover is climbing fast.
