      Good phone service discounts. Great place to learn essential job skills and how to sell to customers. Great promotions for customers.

      Cons

      Don't recieve benefits i.e. health,dental, tuition reimbursement. I work for a Retail Partner of T-Mobile's. I hear corporate jobs directly through T-Mobile offer better compensation and benefits.
