      Great long term incentive plan that does (did) payout.

      Cons

      Worst senior management team I have ever worked for. Senior folks are not engaged in the day to day or reality of the business. However, instead of getting out of the way and are supporting their in teams to enact plans, there are Lots of senior people who show up at the last minute and criticize - try to be the smartest guy in the room- but don't provide strategic direction, just try and break things apart.
