      Hourly employees that are customer facing receive holiday pay if you work the holiday which is 8 hour regular pay and an additional 8 hour of time and 1/2.

      Cons

      Leaving people hanging for months knowing their department will be having a reduction in force (RIF). The stress is enormous.
