Lay-offs, lay-offs, lay-offs. This company is driven by the bottom dollar, and nothing more. When it came time to remove over 33% of the workforce behind the scenes, they shared with the public that it would be 7% reduction. Which was false. Even when partnered on a role, the best fit for the job was not chosen to stay. Instead based on what would have to be paid out. T-mobile has eliminated nearly 10,000 jobs this year alone after their acquisition of Sprint. Many of which came as we are entering the holiday season.
