      Pros

      Great Benefits and great sales experience especially someone with no prior sales experience.

      Cons

      They seem to hire more from outside the company for upper-level positions rather then using internal talent. With this said, upper-management does not seem to know the industry and focus on details that are not beneficial for the company.
