      Pros

      Great benefits and employees treated well. Generally very good people work there.

      Cons

      The best thing about T-Mobile used to be the culture. Just a great place to work. Post-merger, the Sprint culture has been creeping in and really hurting the overall workplace. Sprint has more of a traditional telecom culture where the drive is not as high as T-Mobile. It's hurting quality in all areas, especially customer service which used to be fantastic.
