Good benefits, casual environment, good pay, lower managers are usually good
Cons
If you're not careful, they will mold your skills to meet their needs and trap you in a jack of all trades role. Training is sparse and very hard to justify... no trade shows or conferences. As is true with most large companies, the politics get nastier the high you go.
