      Pros

      People are generally knowledgeable and professional. Leadership kept us always motivated and excited. Great work-life balance.

      Cons

      There is generally a lack of accountability. Employees are not held accountable for failures/mistakes or lack of engagement. Leaders are managing by the principle - good job! Everything is so forcefully positive that I really missed sincerity. Sometimes I felt like I'm in a bad commercial.
