      Pros

      It still is a small company compared to the industry heavyweights, which makes it much more personal, agile and a fun place to work. Regular company, department and team events are making this my best place to work so far.

      Cons

      Recent cost cutting had some negative side effects like no more free soda, but I guess that is complaining on a very high level.
