Pros

Overall was a very good experience and you can learn a lot about retail sales and building customer rapport. Its a great start for someone who wants to pursue retail.

Cons

Some of the cons were dealing with irate customers and always being expected to hit quotas that can sometimes be unrealistic. At the end of the day your managers want to see good behaviors and its ok if you dont hit your metrics.
