Pros
The employee 100% paid benefits were excellent and salaries were above standard in most departments. The new company should be viable, since TMobile is five times bigger.
Cons
Since it is always lean on staff, there are few places or chances for upward mobility. The hiring should be sparse for both Metro and TMobile for the next 6 months, while they figure out who to lay off and who to keep.
