Pros
The tools and resources available to me to do my job are many! In addition, the training I've received over the years has proved to be invaluable! I really appreciate the constant communication throughout the restructuring process.
Cons
Senior leaders on the local and corporate level pretend they don't know we work well over 60 hours a week. Had corporate leaders kept a steady communication with the front line 5 years ago things would be different.
