      Awesome benefits: Generous PTO, Competitive Healthcare Benefits, Education Assistance, Partnership with Ashford University for free education up to Masters Degree, Mobile phone service discounts, industry competitive pay

      Cons

      Not many, one thing that bothers me is that PTO accrual is bi-weekly, so it can take time to accrue enough time for a proper vacation. I would prefer if we were given a pool of time up-front.
