Pros

Great employee phone plan. Cheap Healthcare(United Healthcare) Comission structure is decent. If you make/exceed sales goals you can take home a decent paycheck Discounts from other retailers & resturants through T-Mobile coporate perks site,

Cons

Standing on your feet all day. Dealing with FlexPay and Prepaid departments...all outsourced! AT&T acquisition looming and with that a decrease in morale in both employees and customers. Very metric oriented company. Activation, Upgrade, Mobile Broadband, 180 day deacts, TLC's are all tracked so if you're not making or not close to making your numbers, be prepared to be "coached" a.k.a. receive a PIP(Performance Improvement Plan)
