      Pros

      The health benefits are great if you have a family.

      Cons

      Layoffs have become the “new normal” and people that have been with the company for 20+ years are getting impacted. It’s now very clear Sr Leadership are the only ones that can plan for retirement with this organization. I’ve lost investment into this position as I know I can be gone at any moment.
