Pros

-commission sales with decent hourly (depending on the region) -full benefits, tuition assistance included (can have college paid for fully of full time, 50% if part time) -flexible -casual uniform (usually t-mobile shirt, blue jeans and sneakers) -employee phone discount programs

Cons

-culture can be very toxic, depends heavily on culture curated by management and senior management -getting promoted is highly political and have a "what have you done for me" attitude when trying to move up -getting into a higher performing store is often based on a popularity contest (who sucks up to the boss the best) -full time position is very limited and is treated as a promotion in itself, with some times of the year only getting 35 hours a week depending on district and business needs -if you dont sell or have a bad month, they will find a way to either transfer you to a low volume store or get rid of you -commission structure fluctuates quite a bit, with many potential sales being relegated to T-Life app (will probably be getting rid of upgrades in store) -black out season will make it tough to take PTO during holidays

Pros

Cons

Leadership Scheduling Work/life balance Stress Broken everything - half of the tools and resources don’t work No room to grow your career anymore unless you suck up. If you’re blunt and honest you’ll be an outcast - they’ve fostered an environment where they only want cheerleaders. Constantly changing goal posts Frequent restructuring
