      Smart people, salaries are higher than peer companies

      Cons

      Lack of community, too much chaos with the PwC acquisition, new policies significantly worse than peer strategy consulting firms, not much local West Coast work- so lots of travel, takes forever to get things done internally

      Compensation is comparable to MBB at senior consultant level

      Cons

      You're put into a specific practice since day one and it's difficult to switch. If you end up in the PE practice, say goodbye to your personal life. Many managers are great at putting together analyses, but have zero team management skills
