- They do a lot of mental health awareness sessions, although a lot of their staff members reach a state of burnout and the management doesn't do anything about the workload - They tell you to speak up to seniors, mentors, when facing a problem. When you speak up nothing happens. It is always the work > employee mental health - An entire team not tolerating a manager and the turnover rate is high, instead of giving this manager a warning they give them a promotion! Good job, you suffocated your team - Everything this manager does is against the firm culture, and the management is well aware of all of this, yet no serious action has been taken - They take you to high end hotels and restaurants... but unfortunately you can't afford to go there without being invited because your salary is not that high - Different treatment for consultant vs support staff, although the support staff has a big and important role to play in every single project. As per the GM once said in front of the entire firm, the support staff are not a priority now...
