Pros
- Lack of scale / firm 'know how' means you approach problems often for the first time, vs at other firms where there is more off the shelf material that is leveraged
Cons
- Unethical leadership that lies to staff on a consistent basis about business performance, strategic decisions, etc. - Large inferiority complex to MBB (which is justified -- S& is for sure inferior) - Boring projects. No good strategy work, mostly downstream IT/Ops
