Pros
My work colleagues are really great individuals and I consider them part of my extended family. We have planned different types of activities/functions during the work day (i.e. Halloween contest, top chef/chili bowl cook-offs, super bowl party) . In fact, we enjoy each others company where we have planned outings to see a NYC Broadway show, a baseball game and trips down to Atlantic City.
Cons
Upper Management is selfish and only thinks about themselves ... "How much more money can I make?" During one year's bonus cycle, they had demanded a particular payment amount, even though there wasn't enough revenue to cover it. Therefore, they instituted a firm-wide layoff. (Example: Two individuals were laid off to make up one person's bonus.)
