Pros
Great people, very driven ambitious and exceptionally smart. In a short period of time you can learn a lot have lots of interesting experiences and really enhance your CV and your business skills.
Cons
People skills is not a strength. Partners don't worry about staff but about hitting the numbers and making sales. The PWC acquisition unsettled people and some of the best ones have left.
