Pros
Appletree bought out the smaller company I was working for and there was a lot of positive change when they became owners. The processes for working with customers were fleshed out and made more robust with a good CRM platform. The manager of my department did a good job.
Cons
Upper management often times felt out of touch. Some processes were archaic and the company felt a little bit inflexible. Compensation was not very competitive.
