      Great coworkers! Always happy to help.

      Cons

      A boss will teach you what to do. A leader will show you how and why to do it. Something the company knows nothing about. My manager was a joke and was friendly to your face but when no one else was watching ... the worst person I have ever worked for. Ripped me apart cursing and yelling at me with my 3 year old son in the background on Skype it was so bad my son started to cry. No one deserves to be looked down on or talked to that way.

      Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
