Springboard Healthcare is by far the most amazing employer I have had in my career, and I don't give that praise lightly. From the CEO to the managers, the leadership team creates an environment where professional nurturing, inclusion, trust, and the celebration of shared success have a constant place. I wake up on Mondays with no anxiety, because I look forward to a week spent doing the work I love with a crew of people that support and encourage each other to do their best. My first year has flown by and I'm very excited for my continued growth with the company.
Cons
No company is perfect. Sometimes there are hiccups when you're with a company that is growing rapidly. However, despite any road bumps, Springboard is all about investing in things that make it a little better every day. This attitude permeates the company's office culture, making it a beautifully hopeful place to work...even during the rough spots.
