      Pros

      I’m close with the staff that have some longevity. Loyalty to them can only go so far.

      Cons

      The pay is absurd even though corporate will say that it’s “comparable”. We are a hotel and not a motel. So, the pay is NOT comparable no matter where you live or where your hotel is located.

      1$ raise every year. funny guests. Free stays at hotels sometimes.

      Cons

      Favoritism. My hours were cut to bits for no reason. I had to work every holiday because i didnt have kids lol
