      Good pay, regular hours, and the other employees are easy to get along with

      Work can be physically draining especially when you have to cover multiple jobs when someone doesn't show up

      1$ raise every year. funny guests. Free stays at hotels sometimes.

      Cons

      Favoritism. My hours were cut to bits for no reason. I had to work every holiday because i didnt have kids lol
