      They treat everyone like a family member. The guest satisfaction is number 1. Incredible atmosphere to be involved in.

      Guests tend to feel entitled to everything making the job a little stressful at times.

      1$ raise every year. funny guests. Free stays at hotels sometimes.

      Cons

      Favoritism. My hours were cut to bits for no reason. I had to work every holiday because i didnt have kids lol
