      Pros

      Staff is pretty good with the exception of a few management issues. Advancement opportunities if you are on front desk you can easily be cross trained as auditor

      Cons

      Management..its all up to luck depending on what area you are in and how well you get along...this pertains to all departments but mainly housekeeping.

      1$ raise every year. funny guests. Free stays at hotels sometimes.

      Cons

      Favoritism. My hours were cut to bits for no reason. I had to work every holiday because i didnt have kids lol
