      Good work-life ballance, employee discounts, some lump sum bonuses, good overall athmosphere

      Cons

      Bad salary increase structure paired with e-mails like "we can't talk about inflation, just individual spending habits", reverted WFO policy paired with e-mails like "don't you think that Mondays and Fridays are HO days by default!!!"

      Pay is at market at best Moving away from hybrid work model to onsite model Currently in transition to merge with TCL. Beware of layoffs Processes are bureaucratic- difficult to take swift action Work model is fairly flat, leaving few opportunities for upward career growth
