Pros
All engineers work as a team. Our relationships are more that colleagues. It's like a family here. Good for fresh grads for learning and job experience. Opportunities to travel around. (depends on the project you are incharge)
Cons
Bad management. Top managements are thinking for themselves only. (cost saving has become the main priority, everything is about cost) Lack of appreciation. Salary and increment are not competitive.
