Pros
- Overall, good company because of the standard benefits (insurance, 401K, etc) - Salaries are about normal to the industry - Cool name to work for
Cons
- Very tight group, if you don't fit in at once, you won't later - People think to know what they are doing, but the results show different - They would try to promote from within or their own groups, even if that person is not qualified (like what happened to a friend, who was a very experienced person in Marketing but they decided to move someone internally who didn't know how to use Excel or speak English properly).
